Questions before you apply.
Key points about how applications, decisions, documents and the client portal work.
Does submitting an application mean I am approved?
No. Submission creates a financing request for review. Approval exists only after the assessment has been completed and the approved terms have been formally documented.
Will the amount I request always be the amount approved?
No. The approved amount may be lower, higher only where separately requested and assessed, or the application may be declined. The decision depends on the documented case.
What documents can be requested?
Requirements vary, but can include identity, proof of address, income or business evidence, bank or financial records, purpose documentation and collateral evidence where relevant.
What is collateral?
Collateral is an asset or eligible financial security used to support a financing obligation. Any collateral requirement must be described in the applicable contractual documentation.
Can I withdraw money immediately after approval?
Not necessarily. A portal status of approved does not replace completion of contractual conditions. Funds should only be shown as available when the actual release conditions have been satisfied.
What can I do in the client portal?
You can review the application and financing record, upload and download documents, exchange secure messages, view transactions and submit eligible withdrawal requests.
Does Nexus Financial guarantee approval?
No. There is no guaranteed approval or guaranteed disbursement. Every financing case remains subject to assessment, compliance checks and final documentation.
How do I make a complaint?
Use the process described on the Complaints page or contact the support address shown on the Contact page.
